Applicants must complete specific application forms to request apostilles, affidavits, birth, marriage, and death certificates originating in Antigua and Barbuda. Completed forms must be submitted along with the necessary identification and supporting documents and applicable fees as specified in the application instructions. Processing times may vary, so it is advisable to review the guidelines provided and ensure all forms are accurately completed to avoid delays.
Certificates and Apostilles
Persons who require their new certificate to be apostilled must complete an apostille form as well.
Application forms must be submitted on one side of A4 paper; this applies to applications submitted by post and email.
For any specific documents requiring legalization, the High Commission can issue an apostille confirming the signature, stamp, or seal of an Antiguan and Barbudan public official.
