The Commonwealth Resounds is partnering with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and the Antigua and Barbuda Youth Symphony Orchestra (ABYSO) to pilot the programme in four countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Rwanda, Sri Lanka and New Zealand. These four (4) countries will be asked to create a first-rate composition training programme for young people of school/college age, which will be promoted and celebrated on an international website and in Commonwealth cultural circles.
