The Antigua and Barbuda High Commission in London proudly presents Episode 5 of Voices of the Diaspora, a special Independence podcast series produced in collaboration with the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (UK & Europe Office).

Hosted by Caleb Gardiner, this episode features Laurent John, a gifted Singer and Songwriter whose music bridges heritage and modern storytelling. Laurent discusses his journey from Antigua to the UK, his passion for sharing Caribbean identity through song, and the role of music in connecting communities across generations.

Throughout November, the series celebrates Antiguans and Barbudans in the United Kingdom who continue to shape British life, reflecting this year’s Independence theme: Solid. Stable. Soaring.

This initiative honours our people, culture, and creativity abroad while strengthening the bond between our diaspora and the twin-island nation they represent with pride.
