The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2021

The Royal Commonwealth Society presents The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition (QCEC), the world’s oldest international writing competition for schools. 

Schools and young people across Antigua and Barbuda are invited to participate in this unique and highly-regarded programme. Through the theme ‘Community in the Commonwealth’, young Commonwealth writers can creatively share their ideas on how the Commonwealth can address global challenges and create a better future for all its citizens. 

 One winner and runner-up will be chosen from each category. Winners and runners-up will be brought to London for a week of educational and cultural events, culminating in a special Awards Ceremony.
