Antigua and Barbuda COVID-19 State of Emergency Extended to June 12 with Amended Regulations

The Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda further amended the curfew regulations enacted to curb the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Antigua and Barbuda. The State of Emergency now extends to 12 June 2020

The Cabinet has amended the following:

Leisure Activities: 
The beaches will be open on weekends as well, commencing this weekend; visitation is allowed from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Tennis and swimming will be allowed to commence on Monday, 18 May 2020, with protocols in place to include social-distancing rules.

Religious Activities:
Churches are free to conduct rituals, including baptisms, confirmations, weddings, funerals with the social distancing rules enforced, and no more than twenty-five (25) persons in the sanctuary all wearing masks.
