Antigua and Barbuda COVID-19 Report for 2 December 2020
The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John’s Medical Center (MSJMC) has revealed no new laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Tuesday 1st December 2020 at 6pm.
Subsequent to the publication of the dashboard on Tuesday 1st December November 2020 with the cut off time of 6pm, thirty-three samples were processed at the Mount St. John’s Medical Center’s Laboratory which increased the pending results from zero to thirty-three. All of the samples processed by MSJMC yielded negative results and are reflected in the total samples taken and total tested columns of the dashboard. Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda remains at one hundred and forty-four (144) with seven (7) active cases. Meanwhile, thirty-one samples were sent to CARPHA earlier today, December 2, 2020.
The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes. *Please note an adjustment has been made to the classification of imported and non-imported cases to reflect the corrected figure of eighty-five for imported and fifty-nine for non-imported.
Therefore, the dashboard for December 1st 2020 will be republished with the correct data.
