Antigua and Barbuda COVID-19 Report for 12 December 2020

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John’s Medical Center (MSJMC) has revealed one new laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 case in Antigua and Barbuda as of Friday 11th December 2020 at 6pm.

Subsequent to the publication of the dashboard on Thursday 10th December 2020 with the cut off time of 6pm, sixty-two samples were processed at the Mount St. John’s Medical Center’s which increased the pending results from zero to sixty-two.

Of the sixty-two samples processed by MSJMC, sixty-one were negative and one positive. The results are reflected in the total samples taken and total tested columns of the dashboard. In addition, one person has been hospitalized at the Infectious Disease Control Center bringing that total to two.

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one hundred and forty-eight (148); which is inclusive of six (6) active cases.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
