The Antigua and Barbuda High Commission in London proudly presents Episode 4 of Voices of the Diaspora, a special Independence podcast series produced in collaboration with the *Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (UK & Europe Office).

Hosted by Caleb Gardiner, this episode features Keshia Sakhara, a renowned Chef and Author whose passion for food, storytelling, and cultural identity has earned her recognition within the UK’s culinary scene. Keshia shares her journey of blending Antiguan roots with creative innovation, transforming traditional Caribbean flavors into experiences that inspire pride and connection.

Throughout November, the series celebrates the accomplishments of Antiguans and Barbudans across the United Kingdom, reflecting this year’s Independence theme: Solid. Stable. Soaring.
